Use accurate contact and traveller details and provide information only for travellers you are authorised to assist. Keep your password and verification codes private.
Quotations and availability
Catalogue prices are indicative where marked and may depend on dates, occupancy and availability. A quote or enquiry does not reserve inventory. Final rates, taxes, inclusions, exclusions and supplier conditions must be checked before confirmation.
Booking and payment
Review the traveller names, itinerary, fare conditions, currency and total shown before payment. Payment verification and supplier confirmation determine the final booking status. A payment attempt alone does not guarantee a ticket or hotel reservation.
Supplier conditions
Airlines, hotels and other travel providers apply their own conditions. These can include baggage allowances, check-in deadlines, identity and travel-document requirements, cancellations and amendments. Check the requirements relevant to your trip.
Founders Club
Founder-only prices apply to eligible active members. Membership activation, wallet credit and referral rewards depend on verified qualifying payment and programme rules. The current fee, wallet validity and redemption limits are shown on the Founders Club page.
